This collection contains minutes, reports, yearbooks, and correspondence that document the civic and social activities of the club. Minutes also include membership and financial reports. Scrapbooks detail the club's programs, flower shows, and civic projects. Three of the scrapbooks are devoted to the club's restoration of Brookwood Hills Park in the 1970s.

Two of the scrapbooks contain personal photos and awards of club member and avid dahlia grower, Mrs. Olive R. Uhl. One scrapbook focuses on the installation of an illuminated fountain in the garden of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home.

Much of the material highlights the garden club activities and speaking engagements of Mrs. Isabelle L. Spearman, one of the club's founding members and past president of the Georgia Daffodil Society.

Reports include a history of the site, research documentation, landscape details, and site plans. Sites include houses, plantations, parks, farms, and other historic properties. Many reports include historic photographs, maps, sketches, and landscape drawings.

Also part of the collection are landscape plans for the Orchard Terrace of the Thornton House project. Several scrapbooks focus on the Iris Garden and Woodland Glen that the club created in Winn Park of the Ansley Park neighborhood.
